SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Worldwide Shipping

  • All packages are shipped within 3 business days

  • Greek Nation Post (https://elta.gr/en/track)  is the shipping carrier for all orders. You will always receive a link to track your shipment in your mailbox. 

  • Holiday season delivery times will be longer due to high demand so order in advance.

 

Shipping zones and prices:

 

  • ZONE 1: Greece - estimated arrival time: 1-3 business days.

For orders above 50 € - shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to 50 € is 5 €.

  • ZONE 2: REST OF THE WORLD - estimated arrival time: 7-15 business days.

For order above 50 € - shipping is always free. The costs for a package up to 50 € is €10.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns are allowed within 14 days after the arrival date of your ordered items. Products may only be returned unworn, undamaged and in intact packaging. 

  • If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, Spicy Orange has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

  • Spicy Orange is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

  • If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, we will refund the amount paid by Buyer as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after the return of the returned goods. 

  • The return cost is borne by the Customer!

  • Without a track & trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. Keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund. 

  • In the event of a product defect, the Customer undertakes to notify Spicy Orange by submitting a claim by sending an email to spicyorange.project@gmail.com with Subject “Refund Claim”.

  • After submitting the complaint, Spicy Orange will respond to the Customer's complaint in writing within 7 days and offer its own solution:

  •  If the defect is of a technological nature, the Customer may request that the product be repaired or replaced.

  • In case of replacement of a defective product, Spicy Orange has the right to demand that the Customer return the defective product before issuing the replacement product.

  • Spicy Orange will bear the costs of repairing or replacing the product if the defect was due to the Spicy Orange’s fault. If the defect was caused by the Customer's misuse or accident, the Customer and Spicy Orange will agree on the costs related to the repair or replacement of the product before the direct work involved in repairing or replacing the product.

  • The Customer can only demand a refund if the repair or replacement of the product is not possible or fails.​

  • If the goods reach you damaged, please notify us immediately by sending an email to spicyorange.project@gmail.com with Subject “Damaged Product” and we will agree on the return of the goods and compensation (whether you want a refund or a replacement).​

  • Spicy Orange is not responsible for the mistakes of the postal service provider - delay of delivery, loss of parcel and other situations in which Spicy Orange is not involved. However, we assist the Customer in communicating with the postal service provider in order to find the parcel or speed up delivery.​

  • Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange items. You can, however, return the package and place a new order.
